I’ve been mia for almost a month.

Let’s just say; things haven’t been that great. Go figure. Depressed and FAT.

I’m also in a wedding in 3 weeks, so I’m doing nothing but focusing on eating right and working out EVERYDAY!

Goal is to eat 500 calories or less, and keeping a food journal on here everyday.
